We only accept those items which have obvious mistakes to be returned back. Like the wrong size, wrong color or some quality problems.
For refunds, we will issue you an immediate refund of the value of your returned goods minus 20% re-stocking fee, since we receive the returned goods(The returned goods should be in new condition). See our Return Policy for more detail.

Can you tell me how long it takes to complete the gowns ?

Most dresses can be completed and shipped out approximately in 20 workdays. We are always committed to bringing you the work you are expecting within the shortest time possible without compromising its quality. Once you receive your dresses, we are positive you will be very pleased with the quality.

To use which way that we can receive it ASAP when it is urgent ?

If you want to receive your dress within 10-15 days, you need pay extra fee for the rush order, we will ship your dress out by UPS/DHL, you will get it within 10-15 days since you order it. What if I want a dress in a color that is not listed?

The colors that we list on the product detail page are the only colors in which that style dress is produced in. We also show all the colors we have in available with, So please check our Color Chart to match the most similar color for yourselves.
